Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of external packaging
  • Your order number

Approved claims will receive a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.


Handmade Variation Notice

Each TEAVOIR piece is crafted using traditional ceramic processes.

Slight variations in glaze tone, texture, crackling, shape, or natural kiln marks are considered part of the product’s character and are not treated as defects.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Final sale or archive sale items
  • Items returned damaged through misuse

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
