Shipping destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Available services and final shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Limited-time mug shipping offer

From October 3 through November 2, 2026, standard shipping is free on the Ru Series Straight Mug and Ru Series Rounded Mug to our supported destinations. No minimum purchase is required for these two mugs. The offer ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on November 2, 2026.

Free shipping applies to these two mugs only. Other items in the same order may incur shipping charges, shown at checkout.

Standard shipping rates

For products other than our two Ru mugs, standard shipping is US$15. Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders with a merchandise total of US$98 or more after discounts. If a discount brings the eligible total below US$98, shipping charges may apply. Final shipping charges are shown at checkout. Any applicable import duties, taxes or local handling fees are separate from shipping.

Processing and delivery

Orders ship from China. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before dispatch. Estimated transit time after dispatch is 7–10 business days.

During launches or high-volume periods, processing may take longer. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.

Duties and taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local handling fees required by their country.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your parcel is delayed or lost, contact hello@teavoir.com with your order number. We will help investigate and assist with carrier claims where applicable.
